Recommend upgrades towards an existing template

Project Brief

My group and I had to come up with design proposals for an existing building template. We had to recommend under water and lighting fixtures, greenery, façade and sustainability.

Learning Experiences

It was challenging as we were just starting our 1st year and 1st semester in poly. We had to cope with the new school, friends, everything. This project has pushed me out of my comfort zone and test our limits. I learnt how to calculate ETTV, learn about sun paths, toilet fixtures and how important greenery is within the plot of land. With the knowledge I had learnt, I had to come up with ways/solutions on how to improve the template -- open carpark, green walls, double glazed panels, etc.
