Project / Module Experience

Had to work on a team to create chillers and ahu. We had 6 levels and we each took two levels. I had to do a point list for each piece of equipment: CAV AHU, FCU, Lighting Zones, Toilet and Carpark EAFs. I also had to research a suitable controller and expansion module and calculate the DDC sizing as well as come up with effective control strategies for each piece of equipment.

Learning Experience

First, we had to test our knowledge on what are the best strategies that we could take and how many of the pieces of equipment do we require per level. I learned how to source for the suitable controller and expansion module as well as do a point summary table. This is related to my BIMCO module as BIMCO taught us where to place Electrical Lighting, M&E Room, etc,
